الله أكبر، الله أكبر، الله أكبر. لا إله إلا الله والله أكبر. الله أكبر ولله الحمد
Allaahu akbar, Allaahu akbar, Allaahu akbar. Laa ilaaha illallaahu wallaahu akbar. Allaahu akbar wa lillaahilhamd. Alhamdulillah, with the permission of ALLAH SWT, the Eid al-Adha prayers were (3 prayers) held and celebrated on Monday, 17th June 2024, at Tsukuba Masjid.
Brother Aziz, who led the first prayer as the khatib and imam, emphasized that Eid al-Adha reminds us of the mercy embedded in Islamic law. Our Prophet Muhammad SAW (peace be upon him) allowed people to perform the hajj rituals in a way that did not cause them harm. Eid al-Adha serves as a reminder that Sharia law has alleviated the burdens of performing hajj from the pre-Islamic era and made it more humane. Brother Aziz also reminded us of the suffering of people in Gaza, Palestine, and around the world and urged the congregation to make Dua and help them as much as possible.
May ALLAH SWT reward us with mercy and Jannah.
Aamiin Aamiin Yaa Rabbal’alamin.
الله أكبر، الله أكبر، الله أكبر. لا إله إلا الله والله أكبر. الله أكبر ولله الحمد
