Tsukuba Islamic Association held Celebration for Hijab event at 2nd March 2024 for all girls and young ladies worn hijab.

To my daughters:

“You have made a very precious decision. The hijab will be a symbol of your dignity and a reflection of your true beauty. It will undoubtedly enhance the beauty of your life alongside your pure soul. Through it, the grace and beauty bestowed upon you by Allah will surely continue to shine brightly throughout your life ahead.

From now on,when you stand in front of the mirror and pin your scarf in place,feel beautiful and unique.

Your CHOICE to don the hijab and to accept it will strengthen your conviction each time you face some challenges.

Beautiful girls,I Know that the path will be tortuous and full of temptations.Nevertheless,it is worth thinking of preserving who you are and being proud of it.

Dear beautiful girls,there are many misconceptions which may trigger some prejudices and intolerance,but always …ALWAYS keep in mind that the hijab should be paired with modesty,values,respect and good behavior.

My beautiful Muslim girls,your hijab is your secret garden in which you grow your faith, identity and positive feelings.

Last but not least, remember to be courteous when non Muslims would like to ask you about your hijab.

My beautiful Muslim girls,enjoy your spiritual journey and pass on the legacy to the future generations inshaAllah.”

Allah says in Surat-ul-Ahzab:
“O Prophet! Say to your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers that they let down upon them their over-garments; this will be more proper, that they may know {as believing women}, and thus they will not be annoyed or harassed; And Allah is Forgiving, Most Merciful“
